Spencer oversees the day-to-day operations that keep the school running smoothly. From enrollment, staffing, payroll, and human resources to curriculum selection, family communication, compliance, and program development, she plays a central role in nearly every aspect of the school’s success. Passionate about early childhood education, Spencer works closely with families and teachers to ensure every child receives high-quality care in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. She leads many of the school’s initiatives, coordinates special events and field trips, and helps shape the vision and standards that guide Kiddie Prep’s programs.

Being trauma-informed is essential to me, ensuring I meet children where they are. I’ve also expanded my skills with certifications in grant writing and insurance. At my core, I lead with compassion, fostering an environment where families trust, children thrive, and growth never stops."

Mrs. DJ is dedicated to preparing children for a successful transition into kindergarten and beyond. Through a balance of academic readiness, hands-on learning experiences, and character development, she helps students build confidence, independence, and a genuine love for learning. Her goal is to ensure every child leaves Pre-K feeling prepared and excited for their next chapter.
Ms. Halle creates a structured and engaging classroom where curiosity and creativity thrive. Through purposeful play, early academics, and social-emotional learning, she helps children develop the skills needed to become confident, capable learners. Her positive and encouraging nature inspires children to explore, ask questions, and discover new interests.
