Shareka Araba

School Director

"From the very start of my journey, I knew my purpose was to create places where children could truly blossom safe, seen, and empowered. As the director of a thriving childcare environment, I bring more than 20 years of experience, having walked alongside children and families through every stage of growth. I’m deeply committed to education not only guiding others, but continually expanding my own knowledge, as I pursue my next degree. Being trauma-informed is essential to me, ensuring I meet children where they are. I’ve also expanded my skills with certifications in grant writing and insurance. At my core, I lead with compassion, fostering an environment where families trust, children thrive, and growth never stops." -Shareka Araba
