Spencer oversees the day-to-day operations that keep the school running smoothly. From enrollment, staffing, payroll, and human resources to curriculum selection, family communication, compliance, and program development, she plays a central role in nearly every aspect of the school’s success. Passionate about early childhood education, Spencer works closely with families and teachers to ensure every child receives high-quality care in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. She leads many of the school’s initiatives, coordinates special events and field trips, and helps shape the vision and standards that guide Kiddie Prep’s programs.

As the director of a thriving childcare environment, I bring more than 20 years of experience, having walked alongside children and families through every stage of growth. I’m deeply committed to education not only guiding others, but continually expanding my own knowledge, as I pursue my next degree. Being trauma-informed is essential to me, ensuring I meet children where they are. I’ve also expanded my skills with certifications in grant writing and insurance. At my core, I lead with compassion, fostering an environment where families trust, children thrive, and growth never stops."

Mrs. Annabelle is dedicated to preparing children for a successful transition into kindergarten and beyond. Through a balance of academic readiness, hands-on learning experiences, and character development, she helps students build confidence, independence, and a genuine love for learning. Her goal is to ensure every child leaves Pre-K feeling prepared and excited for their next chapter.
Mrs. DJ embraces the excitement and energy that comes with teaching two-year-olds. She encourages independence, language development, and social skills while helping children navigate important milestones such as sharing, communication, and self-confidence. Her classroom is filled with hands-on learning, exploration, and opportunities to grow.
Ms. Halle creates a structured and engaging classroom where curiosity and creativity thrive. Through purposeful play, early academics, and social-emotional learning, she helps children develop the skills needed to become confident, capable learners. Her positive and encouraging nature inspires children to explore, ask questions, and discover new interests.
Mrs. Vivian provides a warm, loving environment where our youngest learners feel safe, secure, and cared for. Through songs, sensory play, language development, and plenty of cuddles, she helps children build confidence as they explore the world around them. Her patient and nurturing approach creates a strong foundation for future learning.
Ms. Siera is a dedicated and dependable member of our team who builds meaningful connections with our children of all ages. While she spends much of her time supporting our two-year-old classroom, her warm personality and caring nature make her a favorite throughout the school. Always willing to lend a helping hand wherever needed, Ms. Siera plays an important role in creating a nurturing, positive environment for every child at Kiddie Prep.
